A Project Management Officer (referred to as PMO) is often deployed in larger projects and with clients who have already appointed an internal project manager, who may have other line activities alongside it.
If several projects have to lead to one result, we use program management. A program has several phases: we can help you set up a program or implement a program that has already been defined.
