BAM Telecom has a comprehensive vision of service delivery to ensure successful collaborations. Their mission is to provide and secure seamless connectivity and communication.
MareVisie’s role in the collaboration with BAM was to assist in a tender process for a potential new client. MareVisie developed the concept of a Service Integrator, which allowed for further elaboration of service transformation. This required the creation of new capabilities, which MareVisie worked on together with BAM. The transformation plan was one of MareVisie’s deliverables.
The knowledge of transformation processes and the integration of new services into the existing portfolio contributed to this. Other deliverables included roadmaps, service models, an implementation plan, risk assessments, and security scans. In addition, MareVisie played a role in discussions with the client to jointly understand their requirements.
In addition to their expertise in service integration, the collaboration with MareVisie also increased BAM’s visibility on social media in terms of knowledge and innovation.
