MareVisie was responsible for program management of the 1SAP4All program. In the initial phase of the restart, the program structure, including the steering committee structure, was adjusted, and a new partner was sought for the delivery of “standard SAP” knowledge. In addition to the responsibility for program management, MareVisie also brought in functional knowledge, test management expertise, change management, and change communication expertise. These additional elements were key success factors in the implementation.

The Blueprint was realized using SCRUM, an innovative Agile Management method, in which functionality was delivered in short, powerful development cycles. This required strong engagement and close collaboration among different teams, including business representatives, the IT management team, and Dutch and German SAP specialists.

The success of the 1SAP4All program can be attributed to a well-structured project organization with clear roles and responsibilities, continuous monitoring of tangible and measurable results, and effective collaboration with the steering committee. The program was completed within the challenging schedule and budget, delivering a high-quality result that garnered broad support. This achievement was recognized with a Silver SAP Award in the category of large SAP implementations.
