Rugby taught me that success revolves around collaboration and optimizing everyone’s role – a principle I also apply in my work. As a reservist in the Marine Corps I apply the same strategies: planning, preparing, sharing knowledge, and working result-oriented. A different context, but with the same core: success is achieved together.
