MareVisie’s Approach

MareVisie assembled an experienced PMO team to guide the IT transformation. This team was responsible for:

  • Program governance
  • Setting up the new IT architecture
  • Coordination of Test & Pilot sessions at locations such as Schiphol and Germany
  • On-site support during go-lives

Additionally, MareVisie played a crucial role in the implementation of M3, the new ERP system for IRCA. Thanks to a structured approach and careful planning, all dependencies between subprojects were well managed, ensuring continuous business operations during the transformation.
