For a project to run effectively, it’s essential to understand what the client needs to be successful. The next step is to assess the project assignment against the organization’s mission. Input from the specialist team contributes to the project’s successful delivery. I get energized by a well-functioning team where people can develop and through which we deliver results for the client. The art is to create a shared mindset and get into the right rhythm.
At home, I love to immerse myself in the kitchen, preparing and discovering new dishes. These are actually little projects in themselves, as a good approach and tight planning are important here too. Moreover, at the dining table, I have to deal with critical stakeholders!
