- Optimize change management procedures and control processes.
- Monitor the progress of complex trajectories and ensure clear communication within multidisciplinary teams.

Who are We Looking for?
You are an experienced professional with a solid technical foundation and a keen eye for project management. Furthermore, you have:
- A completed technical or business administration degree at HBO/WO level.
- Extensive experience with change management and complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- A hands-on mentality and a results-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
