Our project support specialists support projects and programs. We deploy our people to support project management. In addition, we act as the right hand of a portfolio manager or head of the project office. As an MSc in Engineering and Policy Analysis, I combine my work at MareVisie with my Master’s degree at the TU Delft.
The study fits in very well with the work I do. It provides additional and different insights. Regular sparring about customer cases increases insight into work processes and the dynamics of organizations.
The sense of structure and organizational talent is a good basis for the project management profession, which has many aspects. At MareVisie we also combine this with a lot of substantive knowledge with which we can support customers even better.
