For a project to be effective, it is essential to understand what the client needs in order to be successful. Checking the project brief against the mission of the organisation is an important first step. Additionally space for input from the specialists team carries the project to successful completion. I get energy and motivation from a well-running team, in which people can develop themselves and deliver quality results to a customer. The trick is to create a common mindset and get into the right rhythm.

At home, I like to spend time in the kitchen, preparing and discovering new dishes. These are essentially little projects in themselves, because here too a good approach and tight planning are important. Moreover, at the dinner table I have to deal with critical stakeholders…!
